Shipping Information

Currently, UPS Ground services are all that are offered for shipping your goods to the Lower 48. We don't ship Internationally.  All packages through UPS are weight based, so the prices that you are charged are the prices that UPS calculate you for shipment.

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and any of the American Island chains, including Guam, we do offer a Packaging Service called Aloha Forwarding.  They can be found at http://www.alohaforwarding.com.  They send all their customers packages using the US Postal Service to any US zip code. There is no cost to join this service, just the cost of the shipment itself.  Contact them to set up an account, then use the address given when you order from us. If you have mulitple shipments from different Sellers, they will try and put as many of your shipments into one box to save you money.

Payment

We offer you 3 different ways to make your purchase

Personal Check
You may send in a Personal Check to our office, once it clears, your order is processed.  If you are looking for a quicker way to pay by check, you can choose paypal.com and there is a bank/check option, time frame is around 3 days to clear, which is much quicker than sending a check through the mail.

Credit/Debit Card
We offer paypal.com as your secure way to pay for your order.  You don't have to be a paypal.com member to use this service.  Just follow the non member link and you can pay.

Bill Me Later - offered by paypal.com
When you choose paypal as your payment option, you will be given 3 options, bank payment for a check, debit or credit card, and Bill Me Later. The Bill Me Later service offered is especially helpful to anyone around the Holidays. If you spend more than $99.00, you have the option to pay your order off within 6 months, and if done so, you may qualify for interest free payments.

Returns

Items may be returned within 20 days of receipt of your order in their original packaging, along with the packing slip, and there is a 25% restocking fee. Before you choose to return anything, you have to obtain a Return Authorization from our office.  This takes a few days, so the sooner you contact our office, the quicker you will be able to return any items you received for a refund, minus the original cost of shipping. If you are returning items for an exchange, then the 25% restock fee does not apply. You still have to contact our office for a Return Authorization so the exchange order can be placed in the system to reflect on the RA.

Our recommendation before ordering large amounts, if you have not worn Maevn Scrubs before, its wisest to only purchase small amounts first, to see if the scrubs fit you correctly, you like the color you have chosen, and you feel happy with your purchase.  This way, any items you wish to return for either a refund or an exchange will be less costly to you than ordering and returning larger amounts as you are responsible for the return shipping.

When returning any items, please ensure that you ship them with a tracking number or delivery confirmation, or there will be no proof that it was ever received, and there will be no way to refund you.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return once it has been received. (excluding weekends and holidays)

Cookies and Cache on your browser

If you have any problems logging into your order for updated shipping and return information, and your password does not work, please go into your browser options, and clear both your cookies and your temporary/cache files.  If you still cannot log in, please contact our office using the Contact Form provided on our site.

Online Orders

All orders must be placed online as we do not take orders over the phone.  You may, however contact our office prior to making your order to check to see if items are available for shipment, and we may be reached Monday - Friday, from 10am EST - 5pm EST at 786-279-8833.  If you reach our voicemail, we are either on the phone assisting another Customer, or away from our desk.  It is not our Policy to place a Customer on hold, whilst we take another call, so please be kind and leave a message with your contact name and telephone number so we may return your call and assist you.

Weekend and Holiday Closure

Our office is not open on a Saturday or Sunday and our Office is closed for the full 4 days on the following Holidays:
